大型物業(yè)管理區(qū)域的一般裝備應包括消防頭盔、消防戰(zhàn)斗服、消防手套、消防戰(zhàn)斗靴、消防安全帶、安全鉤、保險鉤、消防腰斧、照明燈具、個人導向繩和安全滑繩等。

2.消防器材一般配置
2 Fire Equipment General Configuration

(1) Floor Configuration
消防器材的配置應結合物業(yè)的火災危險性，針對易燃易爆物品的特點進行合理的配置。一般在住宅區(qū)內，多層建筑中每層樓的消防栓（箱）內均配置2瓶滅火器；高層和超高層物業(yè)每層樓放置的消防栓（箱）內應配置4瓶滅火器；每個消防栓（箱）內均配置1～2盤水帶、水槍1支及消防卷盤。
Fire equipment configuration should be combined with the fire risk of the property, reasonable configuration for the characteristics of explosive items. Usually in residential areas, multi-storey buildings are configured in two bottles of fire extinguishers on every floor of the fire hydrant (box); should configure four bottles of senior hydrants and fire extinguishers on every floor super high-rise property placed (box); each fire bolt (box) are configured from 1 to 2 with water, and fire a gun reel.
